Thanks..very informative...
Luckily in Dubai there are about 4 very good Thai restuarants. We eat out about 3 times a week. I just let my wife order as she has already worked out what I like and what not. What amazes me is that I had the "privelege " of paying for all her family..about 13 of us...at the Charoen Hotel in UT..and it cost the same as it does to feed the 2 of us here in Dubai...

The Thai way of drinking beers with ice is very much fascinating. It is "the" one thing I've remembered whenever I think about Thailand. Could it be the weather or it is the kick out of it.
